As a first time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect. They notified me when they were going to come out and left a progress report when they finished.

True Green is a little more expensive but they are worth it. They are very willing to answer any questions and explain as needed. Their phone system of calling ahead to let you know when they will be coming is very much appreciated.

TruGreen made my lawn shimmer and shine above many in my neighborhood. While I enjoy mowing my lawn, my neighbors use landscaping services and our lawn outshined them.

Great service, been with Tru Green for many years now, and I have never had a problem, if by chance app did not work on an area, all you have to do is call and they come back out, with no charge to me. They come to my door when they get here, to let me know, they are here. Then when their done, they come back to door and tell me what they did and give me a paper, with it stating what was aplied or seen a problem. Always answers question I have, and if they do not know, they find out, then call me. Very happy customer. If you don't believe me try it, then go one year without, I am sure you will call them back.

We had fall fertilizer applied. The tech did a very through job and made sure the entire lawn was done. We have used TRUGREEN since 2010 and use all of the services they offer. A good company home owners can rely on year round.

Technicians are easy to talk to. Company follows through on it's commitments. I had a tough problematic lawn and I really see an improvement though there is still a way to go.

Trugreen works very hard at customer satisfaction ...sometimes it just takes multiple treatments to get the right results but they will follow through until the issue is resolved.

Certainly simplifies lawn care. Lawn is greener and has fewer weeds, since I went from self-care to TruGreen. My actual expense, if I were to keep it as well as has TruGreen would probably we about the same, especially if I factored in my time.
